Information we intentionally receive

This website has no account registration, payment checkout, newsletter signup, file upload, or website inquiry form. We do not ask visitors to enter personal information into the site.

If you choose to email or call us, we receive the information you include in that communication, such as your name, contact details, and project information. We use it to respond to you, assess a potential project, and manage an ongoing business relationship. Please do not send sensitive information until we agree on an appropriate way to share it.

Technical information and hosting

RainyStudios does not add analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or user-level telemetry to this website. We do not create user accounts or persistent visitor identifiers.

Like most websites, the service that hosts and delivers the site may process limited technical information needed to serve and secure a request, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. Hosting and network providers control their own operational logs and retention practices; this repository does not identify a hosting provider or configure those logs.

Cookies and browser storage

RainyStudios does not set application cookies and does not use local storage, session storage, or other browser storage for analytics, marketing, authentication, or preferences. Because the site does not use optional cookies or similar tracking, it does not display a cookie consent banner or maintain cookie preferences.

Some visual effects use temporary browser memory for interaction and accessibility behavior. That information is not sent to RainyStudios or stored after the page is closed.

External services and links

The website links to services outside RainyStudios, including GitHub, a Netlify-hosted Image Hassen site, the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the RainyPlay site. A direct email or phone link may also open a service selected by your device. Those destinations receive information under their own privacy practices when you choose to visit or use them. RainyStudios sends no referrer information with these links where the browser honors this site's privacy settings.

The site uses fonts packaged by Next.js during its build process; visitors receive the resulting font files from the website's deployment rather than the site loading Google Fonts in their browser.

Sharing and retention

RainyStudios does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may use service providers that help us host the site or communicate with you, and may disclose information where required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.

We aim to delete ordinary inquiry communications after 12 months of inactivity unless they are needed for an active project, a legitimate business record, a legal obligation, or dispute resolution. Client agreements, invoices, and other records may have different retention requirements. Provider backups and systems outside RainyStudios' direct control may retain data for their own limited periods.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures designed to limit unnecessary collection and protect information in our control. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers and communications providers may process information in countries other than yours.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about our handling of it. To make a request, email contact@rainystudios.co. We may need to verify your request before responding.

California and other U.S. state residents may use the same contact method for applicable privacy requests. Individuals in the EEA or UK may also have rights under local law; where applicable, our basis for handling a direct inquiry is responding to your request or our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the studio.

Children and changes

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We may update this policy when the website or our data practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
